Booking website still doesn't work

Tried to book Whangaparoa movie today on line. After much mucking round it still wouldn’t accept my booking. Drove to theater to buy the tickets and advised the ” manager” who just said he didn’t know what was happening with the website and we could just buy tickets. Please fix your site as I want to pre book and buy online.
